The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) put forth by the European Commission is effective May 25, 2018 and, as such, OMNI Aviation Group and each Company within the Group (hereinafter referred to collectively as “OMNI”), recognizes the need to protect the personally identified or identifiable information visitors share with us and as an organization respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. We take seriously the trust you place in us; we will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to others (other than to store the information in our cloud-hosted databases and eventually sharing between the OMNI Group and as strictly as necessary).
You may at any time contact OMNI about any privacy question/concerns you may have by emailing to the DPO. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data we have on file about you and request a correction or deletion.
We, as an organization, encourages you to read this Policy before using any of our websites or submitting any personal data. By registering on our website(s), or by submitting any information through the use of the website(s), or by otherwise accessing or using the website, you agree to the terms of this Policy and consent to the policies and practices hereto described.
WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA?
Personal Data means any information on any nature and regardless of its Support, including sound and image, relating to na identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). Any person who can be identified directly, namely by reference to na identification number or to more specific elements of his / her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity, shall be considered identifiable.
WHO IS THE:
Data Controller - The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is the entity that makes decisions about processing activities.
- Data Processor - The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
- OMNI is the Data Controller, but sometimes is the Data Processor and sometimes is both.
- DPO - Data Protection Officer - is the Privacy on the Ground.

WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION DOES OMNI COLLECT?
- Personal information is information that is associated with your name, address, mobile or telefone numbers, e-mail address, educational and employment background, job interest data.
Except as set forth in this Policy, OMNI will not through its websites collect, store or release any personal identifying information about you without first receiving your consent.
HOW OMNI USES AND PROCESSES YOUR COLLECTED INFORMATION?
When you register with OMNI's websites and disclose information about you, then: will be aware of the services the Group can provide, can request information or leave messages, can subscribe to marketing or support materials; can apply for a job or internship, send spontaneous CV's.
Therefore, you may receive emails from us regarding our products, services, job offers, training courses, certifications, events, etc... In addition, we may use information about your product/service's interests to help us improve our website design and our services.
When you request information from OMNI, the information you provide will be kept confidential and will be used to fulfil your request. We may also send you na email to confirm your request and may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your request.
OMNI will also disclose personal information if required by law, including Compliance with warrants or other legal process.
HOW OMNI SHARES YOUR INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES?
OMNI may contract with third parties to assist us in collecting, maintaining and managing our website visitor information, to fulfill subscriptions and other requests and/or to communicate with our website visitors. We do not authorize any of those third parties to make any other use of your information. OMNI requires third parties to which it discloses personal information to restrict their use of such information to the purposes for which it has been provided by OMNI and not to disclose that information to others. OMNI cannot be responsible, however, for any damages caused by the failure of unaffiliated third parties to honor their privacy obligations to OMNI.
If circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, OMNI decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses in some countries, such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal informations to prospective or actual purchasers, or receiving it from sellers. It is OMNI's practice to seek appropriate protection for information in these types of transactions, if any opportunity shall arise.
Additionally, OMNI may share personal information with OTHER companies, lawyers, credit bureaus, agentes or government agencies in the following cases:
- when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights of OMNI or to anyone that could be harmed by such activities;
- when we believe in good faith that the law requires it;
- between the companies that are part of the OMNI Group or to any third party who may acquire OMNI; and
- in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.
WHICH ARE YOUR INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AS DATA SUBJECTS OR OWNERS?
to be informed (you are entitled to know the purposes of processing, the period of time for which the data will be stored, the identification on any recipientes of the data, the logic of automatic data processing and the consequences of any profiling);
to withdraw consent at any time;
to request acess (users have a right to request a copy of their personal data undergoing processing; there will be situations in which the data subject can access their information easily online and others that need to request in writing to the DPO);
to request rectification (to correct inaccurate information);
to erasure (besides your request, also the Data Controllers must erase personal data if the data is no longer needed, the data subject objects to the processing, or the processing was unlawful)
to be forgotten (you may request the deletion of personal data and, where the Data Controller has publicized the data, to require other Data Controllers to also comply with the request);
to restrict processing (you are entitled to seek the "restriction of processing" for the time needed to verify whether information is accurate if you contest its accuracy);
to data portability "Big Data" (the personal data in a commonly used format may be transferred to another Data Controller if you so requests; aims to increase user choice of online services; it only applies to personal data an individual has provided to a Data Controller, where the processing is based on the individual's consent or for the performance of a contract and when processing is carried out by automated means);
to object to processing (to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in addition to the data subject's right to withdraw consent whenever processing is based on consent);
not to be subject to automated decision-making including profiling.
HOW CAN I ACCESS AND UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

If we do have personal information about you, we will provide you with a readable copy of such personal information at no charge. Factual errors in your personal information, including information that is out of date, can be corrected by sending us a request that sufficiently details how your personal information shoud be corrected. We request you to promptly update your personal information if it changes.
HOW DOES OMNI PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You can be assured that personal information collected through the websites is secure and is maintained in a manner consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all personal information associated with our subscribers is of utmost concern to us. Your personal information is protected in several ways. Your personal information resides on a secure server that only select OMNI's staff and contractors have access to via password. We encrypt your personal information and thereby prevent unauthorized parties from viewing such informartion when it is transmitted to us.
However, no data transmission over the internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet which are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through the websites cannot be guaranteed; and (c) any such information and data may be viewed or tampered with in transit by a third party.

OMNI's COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
OMNI takes children's privacy seriously. We never collect or maintain information at our websites from persons we know to be under age 13 and no part of our websites are designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicat with or contact us if you are under age 13.
CHANGES TO POLICY
As OMNI continues to develop our websites and take advantage of new technologies to improve the sites, this Policy will likely change. OMNI reserves the right to change, modify, or amend this Policy at any time without prior notice to you. We, therefore, encourage you to consult this Policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand its current terms.

If you do not send us any objections, we will assume that you consent to changes in the Policy. Changes will not apply retroactively to personal information that was collected before the changes to the Policy, except as may be required by law.
